These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and PKR788 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the PKR788 website located at https://pkr788.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, instant games and any promotional or bonus programmes offered therein.

PKR788 is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform primarily serving users in Pakistan. By accessing or using the PKR788 platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gambling Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

These Terms were last reviewed in January 2026. PKR788 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on PKR788, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited. It is your responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in your location. PKR788 does not provide legal advice on this matter.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered Account on PKR788. Operating multiple Accounts constitutes a prohibited activity and may result in all Accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Own use: You must be registering for your own personal use only. Registering on behalf of another person or entity is not permitted.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether through PKR788 or another operator's responsible gambling programme — at the time of registration or continued use.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

PKR788 supports PKR-denominated transactions. Available deposit and withdrawal methods are displayed in the platform cashier and are subject to change at the operator's discretion. The following general conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

PKR788 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of offer, which form part of these Terms by reference. The following general bonus conditions apply:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting winnings become withdrawable. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Maximum bet during bonus: While a wagering requirement is active, a per-bet or per-spin limit applies (commonly PKR 1,000 or as stated in the offer terms). Exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonus expiry: Uncompleted wagering requirements and associated bonus funds expire after the period stated in the offer terms (commonly 7–30 days). Expired bonuses and derived winnings are automatically removed from the Account.
• Maximum cash-out: Winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the individual offer terms.
• Minimum deposit: Most bonuses require a qualifying minimum deposit (commonly PKR 1,000 or as stated) to activate the offer.

All sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, instant games and any other wagering activities on PKR788 are subject to specific game rules displayed within each product. The following general rules apply across all wagering activities:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PKR788 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances including bonus and real-money funds, and potential legal action:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through third parties.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to launder money or to facilitate any transaction that is the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Fraud: Attempting to defraud PKR788 or other users through any means, including by submitting false documentation, making fraudulent chargebacks or exploiting software vulnerabilities.
• Prohibited software: Using any automated betting software, bot, script, exploit, unfair advantage tool or artificial intelligence system to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other users to gain an unfair advantage, including in live dealer games or poker variants.
• VPN/proxy misuse: Using VPN, proxy servers or similar tools to circumvent geographic restrictions, access controls or compliance measures imposed by PKR788.
• Underage access: Registering, using or assisting another person to use the platform while under the minimum eligible age.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment reversals (chargebacks) while retaining winnings or bonus benefits derived from the disputed funds.

PKR788 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. The platform provides a suite of responsible gambling tools accessible through the player Account dashboard.

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from the Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reducing and after a cooling-off period when increasing.
• Loss limits: Users may set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined time period, after which no further bets will be accepted until the period resets.
• Session time limits: Users may restrict the duration of individual gambling sessions through the Account controls.
• Reality checks: Automated in-session notifications may be configured to remind users of time and money spent during a session.
• Self-exclusion: Users experiencing difficulty controlling their gambling may request a temporary suspension (minimum 24 hours) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not reversible during the exclusion period.

PKR788 reserves the right to apply responsible gambling restrictions to any Account where the operator identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling, without requiring prior consent from the Account holder, in the interests of player protection.

All content on the PKR788 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game assets, data compilations and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of PKR788 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of PKR788.

Game content provided by third-party studio partners remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. Use of game assets outside the platform interface is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PKR788 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.

PKR788 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect platform availability. PKR788 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly following any interruption.

PKR788 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

PKR788 will not sell, lease or transfer your personal data to third parties except where required for the operation of the platform (such as payment processing and KYC verification), where required by applicable law, or where you have provided explicit consent.

PKR788 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, PKR788 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at https://pkr788.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PKR788 holds its applicable operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanisms prescribed by the applicable regulatory framework.

PKR788 operates a formal complaints process. Users wishing to raise a complaint should submit a written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the matter. PKR788 will acknowledge complaints within five (5) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within thirty (30) days.
